Cloudgate

Ok, every Chicago photographer gets to have their ONE photo of the bean
(aka Cloudgate). This one's mine. This photo was taken the week Cloudgate was unvieled in July 2004 before the seems where buffed out.

Pretty classy!

(But for those of us who haven't a clue what the bean or cloudgate is, what is it?)

That is an astonishing shot. Of all the images I've seen today this is the one I wish I had taken.

Finally!! Finally I get to see a night time shot of the bean. This is the first night time photo I've ever seen of this often taken object.

very well done!

Wow. My first thought when I saw the picture and before I read your text, was, "Did they put the seams back on?" I love the Bean. Having grown up in Chicago, I visit not infrequently and a visit to Millenium Park is de riguer. Nice shot. The Bean and the Crown fountains photograph particularly well at night.
