Thanks for the comments. I took this photo the 1st day I got my Canon 17-55mm f2.8IS. I was SO excited to get it...I went out & braved the -10 degree windchill shooting almost forty 5-30 second shots... I was out about an hour & a half, but I think it was worth it ;-)
If you notice, this image is cropped from the standard 4x3 aspect ratio. The Canon 17-55mm has a HORRIBLE flare problem when there is pretty much any point light in the scene. In one version I cloned them out, but I think it looks better cropped anyway.
